Have you ever wondered what they do if your sub station fails? This week I found out. They bring along a portable power station to your street and plug it in. The generator on the back is just the small one, the big one is inside the container with all the other gubbins that bring us the power. The power is fed to the houses through cables that look more like fire hoses.
