Dear computer, Thank you for your automated reply. Unfortunately the original message stated that I am no longer a customer, do not have any login details, and just want to be unsubscribed from your news letter. Being a computer I guess you can not understand that. In a vane attempt to get unsubscribed I have copied this reply in to your abuse team who I hope will be able to stop you spamming me. I await you next automated reply. Alistair
