You may be surprised to find time cartoon funny, me being someone who likes the odd policy around. This does highlight the problem with most policies though, as they have no point and just cause obstructions without solving a problem. Remember that policies are things to help solve problems and avoid problems in the future, and not things to have because you have to have them, because you don't. Okay rant over, enjoy the cartoon. :-)
