Difficult management decisions

Sometimes managers need to make difficult decisions. You may find everyone who knows more than you telling you not to do something because it is sheer stupidity but you stick to your guns my lad and push on regardless because you are the boss and it makes sense to you. You did after all ask for input to help make your decision, and there was a remote chance you may have decided that something someone said was relevant as well. I will now take the tong from out of my cheek.
