I was in Tesco in Hexham this weekend. At least I think it was Tesco, and Hexham for that matter, shopping trips are starting to blur together. Anyway, they had these rather neat gaps for them to put there palettes then stocking to allow customers to get past. They also work well for putting trolleys out of the way. The idea is a good one, but I don't think all of them are overly practical as shown in this picture. Yes, the space has a pillar right in the middle of it. :-)
