Price comparison

I have noted this before I know, but what is the sense in advertising that your competitors are selling something at the same price as you. If it was cheaper then I see the logic, but the same price seems daft. I now know that if I pop in to Morrisons on my way home or Asda on the way to the cinema I will not have to pay more than Tesco.
