I use to love The Great Egg Race when I was young. Presented by Professor Heinz Wolf contestants were set a task to build a contraption with the materials provided. The concept has been updated in recent years with Scrapheap Challenge that is fun at times, but I still remember the original fondly. I did get excited when I herd that it was coming back in 2000, but sadly it was just a mashup of the originals on a channel I could not receive at the time.
