We had a meeting in
The Cluny this Saturday to continue work on
BarCampNorthEast. :-)
One things that court my eye was this rather fun "I'll be BAA..CK!" bar mat from the
Black Sheep Brewery. Me being me I had to blog it.
This is not the first bar mat I have collected. To the right you will see one that is from The Cumberland Arms where a
NE1 FM meeting was held. This is not as fun as the first one, but Brian is my favorite Family Guy character.
Although I have not got a beer mat collection anything like my fathers I do have a few of them. Sometimes I just collect them because I loved the venue and wanted a memento like the one from
The Porterhouse in Dublin. Personally I recommend the Porterhouse Red.
I also have a couple from a pub near my parents that we do somewhat like
here.
