How do you eat your pizza:  folded, flat or with a fork and knife?

What a strange question. The answer depends on the pizza, where and when. Normally I would use a knife and fork, but occasionally, in private, finders are the only sensible option. For reference burgers should never be eaten with a knife and fork. :-)
