QotD: I Just Made That Up

At our office we have a list of "Words that should exist but don't". This list is a little on the dast side and includes words like Mouses (lots of Mice), Moister (More moist) and Nowish (Roundabouts now). We are still debating of Unusless (Useful) is already a word.
There are some words that could be considered more relevant to the office than elsewhere. Flammunition is a word for the fly ammunition that we load in the spring loaded fly squatter and Gordonish is to be like Gordon, or do something in a Gordon like way.
We also have some world that the OED should be rushing to publish such as Complix (equally complicated and complex) and Complexicated (made more Complix). Sirred (to be knighted), Mouldify (the action to make something go mouldy) and Ponderate (to ponder something for positive reasons) are also worthy addition.
